Refund policy

At House of Tanisha we accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Return Conditions

• Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide:
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A complete unboxing video showing the damage or incorrect item

Note: Returns without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged after delivery
• Used products
• Sale or discounted items
• Change-of-mind purchases

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
